Offering only steaks would be suicide for business.
The keg is good, really good. If I had to go to a steakhouse, it would be the Keg or Charbon in Quebec.
But i just don't get how steakhouses are still even popular today. A steak with some steamed veggies and a baked potato are about as basic as it gets culinary wise.
I would go there for a business meeting, but if im in the mood for a good steak, my instinct is to go to the butcher, buy a top quality aged cut, glaze some veggies and make some fries and slap that steak over some burning charcoal. At home obviously.
Dunno, that's just me though.
I get my real steakhouse experience in new york. There's no way I could make a 2 inch think porterhouse on the grill here... maybe I'm just not good enough of a cook!
