Great driver.

But each time I see him I can't help but think back to that time he beached his McLaren in the gravel, on the final lap, to lose the championship a few years back.

Mercedes Management is very smart to let Lewis be Lewis. He worked very hard with Mercedes to get them here. When he was at McLaren, they had a dominant car for a few years and yet managed to only win one Championship. Mercedes Management > Ron Dennis.
