nice looking car, would ditch the customary ls swap, go with a big block. It is a 71 so big block was still an option. A nice 454 under the hood with a 4 speed.
Big Block would be good too. I'm too into LS anything that I loose focus on what could be good too. lol
I'd love big block, but I dont know jack shit about carburator, so i'd need an EFI system. that's why i'd go modern motorisation instead of big block.

Si tu met les basic bolt on - Long tube headers 1pouce 3/4, Un H-pipe off road sans cats 2.5 pouce, un bon catback 2.5 pouce. Une fan Electrique tenleve elle a clutch. Une gear 3.73. Tu bump le timing pour rouler au 91.
Ca peux developper 250hp. Ca marche pour un char cest tres leger. Facilement un char de 13 mid sur le 1/4. Avec des simple bolt on qui coute pas cher et facile a installer, Sans toucher au moteur.
you can go big block with a MSD atomic or Holley EFI setup too. Self learning and they look like carburator now!
