Streaming popcorn time

Salut MR,

Depuis quelques temps je regarde des film à l'occasion sur l'application Popcorn time qui m'a été suggérré par des amis.
C'est effectivement la meilleur app de loin pour le streaming mais ce matin j'ai eu une surprise.

J'ai recu un courriel de Bell canada en lien avec le gouvernement du canada.

AVIS IMPORTANT CONCERNANT VOTRE ACTIVITÉ SUR INTERNET

Un énorme message avec tout les détails de lheure, film, résolution ect que j'ai écouté le film.

l'avis dit que cet avis ne signifie pas necessairement une action en justice contre moi mais que les activité doivent cesser pour éviter des problèmes.

Alors je laisse ca ici pour vous aviser de ne pas utiliser cet application ou si vous avez eu le meme genre d'avis me dire si il c'est déjà passer quelque chose par la suite??

Non inquiet toi pas.

p-e un jour ca va etre serrieux.

mais pour la un Ip =/= a une personne.

Bientot faudra faire comme les francais et les Brith et utuliser des VPN.
 
Popcorn time c'est la même chose que downloader un torrent, donc aucune surprise ici... par contre il y a une/des version avec un VPN inclus dedans.

oui n'importe quoi Peer To Peer, c'est la même affaire que napster

in a few years, the only way to get movies illegally will be back to how it was in the 90's, good old IRC.

POUR L'INSTANT Kodi ne semble pas causer de problème étant donné que c'est du streaming et non du p2p, mais bon depuis que des génies ont « libéralisé » son usage, vendu en grande pompe des appareils et ouvert des shops, les entreprises de divertissement ont commencé à faire du lobby envers nos gouvernements pour resserrer les lois.

Non.

Kodi PEUT faire du p2p mais t'as juste a pogner le bon add-on.

Le add-on One Channel de Kodi/XMBC (ou TVMC) se connecte a des sites comme fileshare, gorillavid, firevid et compagnie mais t'evite les pop-up/malware/phishing qui viennent generalement avec, dans le fond c'est un client Primewire.

Sinon, met popcorn sur ton cell, et tu as l'option de downloader le film. Fait ca à job ou sur un wifi d'un ami.

Anyway, peine maximale : 5000$.
Il n'y a aucun cas de monsieur ou madame tout le monde qui a été jugé coupage ( à moins d'avis contraire, je n'ai pas trouvé ).

ca l'air trop compliquer ton affaire man.

yaurais pas un affaire comme TVMC, mais en francais? ma conjointe aimerais suivre des series comme the100, under the dome, etc...mais elle est unilingue francophone.
