I have the following used and brand new xbox360 games for sale. I'm selling the games as a lot. I figure 10$ each game for a total of 90$ is a fair deal considering half the games are brand new and the games are good games. Shoot me a private message if you are interested.

Used Mint Condition games:
Borderlands 1&2
GTA 4 Complete edition
Resident Evil 5
Resident Evil 6

New Sealed Games:
Oblivion (With all the DLC)
Fable III
Call of duty Ghosts
Batman Arkham asylum game of the year edition
 
To be honest man almost everyone own's those games already and people have been moving up on consoles to own the newer titles out there.
Just saying your best bet is to find a store that would take in games like this for cash and a pretty good chance if you were to bring in these games to a pawn shop you should be able to get the 60$ you're asking for.
