Hi everyone. Due to growing family and need for a bigger vehicle i am looking to transfer my GTI. There are 22 months left on the lease (end May 2017).
This is the sport package with sunroof and 4 doors. I originally negotiated a very good monthly payment of 430+tax which includes the VW extra wear and tear protection up to $10,000, basically you can return the car in pretty rough condition at no charge. Car comes with a set of winter wheel and tires with about half life left. All maintenance was done at the dealer. The only modification on the car is the adjustable rear sway bar (whiteline). It was never chipped or abused. Everything works perfectly.
There is 46,000kms on it now and lease is up to 100,000 so you have almost 30,000/year left to drive. A lot of kms. Lease-end buyout is low too, 14.5k.
The car is perfect except for two minor things. There are two scratches, of which one is on the drivers side rear door (light scratch with a key) and one small one on the passenger side which i painted and sealed. I never bothered repairing them professionally since the extra protection covers this type of stuff. It did not bother me and i am quite obsessive.
