No one should get slapped. it was an accident and from the looks of it they were pretty far from the "track"
WRC isnt nearly as dangerous as it used to be. Watching the vid at full speed. Car was going maybe 50, they had time to get out the way. Plus the driver obviously steered the car the best he could.
