I don't know for who is your answer, but in my case, I already had 16go of CL9 installed in my computer and I want to upgrade to 32gb. CL10 won't work with CL9. That's why I bought another set of CL9 and i'm trying to sell the CL10 pack.

I am also confused as well to who he is saying that towards and if it was towards me they would be considered an upgrade since my memory is 1333MHz.
