On ignore l'origine ethnique/religieuse des terroristes pour l'instant.

Other than that I can't really think of any other (groups of people) reason why people would randomly shoot other people in the middle of the street for no reason... does anybody have a theory?

Possible suspects: Pastafarians, distruntled telegraph operators, aliens + sasquatch tag team
