I want to buy a car my budget is around 15-20k, I'm looking for a fun car to drive. Your suggestions ? A car not boring to drive?

You want driving pleasure and you're thinking about a base automatic impreza? ......

That car has none of the criterias you've mentionned except fuel consumption.... for which the car makes up in oil consumption.

Suggestions:

Civic Si
Audi A3
Genesis coupe
Mustang V6 (last gen)
 
All depends of what fun you are looking for... There are many older cars that can provide you with the best time you'll ever have on 4 wheels.
