This one is overpriced but I wouldn’t say there’s a crazy hype... Prices have increased maybe 10% over the last 2-3 years.

I wouldn't call it hype but they are creeping in value. IMO find one for low 20s and spruce it up. Better value. You will have a ton of cash left over and all the maintence will be up to date. The prob with low mileage cars is once you start driving them all the issues start creepin up such as leaks etc.

Who the hell finances a non running 25 year old car?
$32k for an NA to Turbo swapped MKIV that needs a ton of parts and doesn't run... Man this guy's in for a rude awakening....
