My gti 337 build thread

Anyone going to the julep tonight?

i cant post pics right now for some reason.. but, ive driven around 600km without any problems except for my intercooler pipe popping off at times which ill look into tonight..
 
jai trouver le probleme, cest lintercooler qui etait vraiment boucher, lair passait presque pu a travers, je les nettoyer cest beaucoup mieux
 
so this sums up my friday night...inspection for stretched tires, but the cop didnt notice anything else..? lol

tbh im not a fan of these wheels, i find the fitment is pretty bad.. 17x9.5 square et 56 with 38mm adapters all around, way to wide for the front.. with 215/45 theyre the reason for my inspection. but i got the wheels with these brand mew toyos so i didnt see the purpose of changing them.. im planning on having a new setup next summer. hopefully something 3piece as well as bags or quality coilovers since im so done with these racelands.
 
really cool build, you did an awsome job.

But that wheel fitment sounds like a receipe for disaster haha, 215 on 9.5" with 38mm spacers!
 
Étant un grand hater de voitures allemande (sauf 4-5 modèles), je te félicite pour cette golf. Faut vraiment que ce soit fou à ce point pour que je dise que je dirais pas non d'en avoir une comme la tienne.

new car ;) needs an oil pan and has a broken block mount
got a really, really, really good deal on it. Ive always wanted a bigturbo shaved gti, so here we go.

Lol I went to see that car with a buddy a few month back. All I saw was trouble over trouble. Leaking pan. Wg not plugged in. Transmission not fully bolted down to the block. That wiring nightmare. Motor mount etc
