BMW M3 1994 canadienne... il y en a eu 100 il me semble. Elles ont le moteur euro de 286hp et les 6 tb. En 94, pas de M3 aux USA, juste au Canada. En 95, aux USA seulement, avec le moteur de 240hp. En 96+, USA/Can meme chose, moteur US de 240hp. Je me souviens de la M3 94 jaune du salon de l'auto de Montreal 1994...

Oddly enough, the M540i is more exclusive... even in Canada. But more desirable? Maybe not. I like them big block BMW I6 personnally!
IIRC, it is the same car, but with a non-M V-8 instead of the S38 I6.

Its drop dead gorgeous, yes the M5 is also amazing and technically beter. But i just never knew about the m540i. Plus it has a v8 which is pretty fucking tits.
I think id take the v8 add twin turbos if there's room and u have a monster

It's a small displacement v8 with not a lot of torque. It's kind of like a V8 made with two Honda b16a motors.
Don't expect the car to feel torquey like it had an LSx in there.

Well, the M60B40 is 53 hp down on the late model M5s, but has the exact same torque figure (295 lbs.ft).
Not a truck engine, but your statement of "made out of two B16" is a gross exageration.

Feels like it on the road though.
127 ft lbs x2= 254. not too far from our mighty little BMW V8.
What ppl dont know is that the old bmw engines were very under rated. I bet you that engine could easily put out more with a proper tuning and chip. That v8 could probably go to about 400 easily
