Interesting little read

What a fuken surprise, QC Jacks they money no interest for 5 years, then they bounce to BC where they make serious investments and raise the real estate price. and QC gonna continue to QC and keep the poor people. Which is good in a way for our real estate market, but bad in a very big way as a society of mostly leftovers. Unfortunately the leftovers in this province greatly outweigh the capable hard working people which results in what we have today, a huge drain on a budget that is over stressed with social aid to a bunch of fuks who dont want to do anything.
Hopefully, some day, things will change for the better.

ON a un problème plus gros que ça ! les chinoise immigré qui travaille au centre ville et parle pas en Francais au clients ! (Isabelle Maréchal à matin avec ses anecdotes)
Amènes en à la tonne des immigrants pas une cenne mais aumoins y sont franco !

lol t'es tu retardé? L'auto était mint c'était ma première voiture le BS ne voulait pas l'acheter et j'ai vendu pour $400 de plus 2 semaines plus tard :D

A Vancouver ou Toronto il parle pas plus anglais, y'as littéralement des ghettos chinois comme brossard (Markham à Toronto, Richmond à Vancouver) ou il peuvent vivre sans avoir à parler français. Il on des docteurs, avocats, comptables etc qui s'occupe de la paperasse pour eux.

This province doesn't care about anything beyond it's border, it's so inward facing it can't see how dumb it is and looks. From the countless cases of foreign trained immigrants who face straight up protectionist policies from the government or professional boards to an adhoc immigration policy that does nothing to help. I'm persuaded if a Harvard trained doctor wanted to move here they'd find every possible way to prevent them from practicing.

I know someone that's an immigration lawyer in China, his job is literally to help millionaires through the process. They try as much as possible to screen them and find one's that are going to stay in QC, but it's fucking pointless. The day Canada cancelled it's immigrant investor program, Quebec's became the backdoor into the country. They don't contribute at all to social or economic development of the country, they just live off whatever shady money they made in China. Income tax? bahahaha they don't make any income so the government doesn't get any tax revenue beyond whatever ungodly amount they spend on flashy luxury goods.

If the situation in Vancouver were to play out here, I have no doubt there would be flat out xenophobic protest in the streets.

lol people like to talk shit on the internet with unsubstaintiated gossips trying to stir shit up. My car was in excellent condition just that I didn't wash the car and the interior was dirty because i had all the OEM stuff that i gave wanted to give the guy for free. He changed his mind and was mad cuz he had to pay his friend $100 for lifting him lel.

Look at heaveymetal's last few posts, he belittles other members calling them 'gars de constructions qui n'a pas fini son sec 3' (da fuck lmao). Calls out the theousider cuz he drives a sx4 over some appliance argument lol.

Now he's calling me 'poor' but he has a $200 budget for a laptop and he's looking to trade some shit ass sushi chopsticks hmmm...

Si quelqun ce ne force pas pour parler francais ou adapter a notre culture.
c est on est pas capable de vendre notre culture ou de imposer.

There's gotta be a balance somewhere... we got Chinese immigrants that are smart, hard working but not exactly easy to integrate (blame it on the far-east culture/language barrier, but that is getting way better with the 2nd generation children that are fluent in English/French/Chinese)...and we got them 3rd world country folks that we keep inviting to make QC more 'french' while they drain the welfare system, not motivated to work and don't really contribute...
 
C'est pas que le Québec arrive pas à les garder... c'est tout simplement que le programme d'immigrant investisseurs étaient la porte d'entrée la plus facile pour venir au Canada. Contrairement aux autres provinces, c'est Québec qui choisit ces immigrants= plus petit bassin, plus de chance.

Une fois citoyen canadien (donc après 5 ans) , ils peuvent s'établir où ils veulent au Canada au Canada. Pour les curieux:

Il fallait Détenir pour de 1,6 millions de dollars d'actifs (maison, cash, actions...) + un cashdown de 800 000$ au Gouvernement du Québec sous la forme d'un prêt sans intérêt pour 5 ans.

Je connais un docteur ( toute la famille gravite autour de la médecine ou de la pharmacie de génération en génération) ... bien que pas né ici, il est venu à 3 ans et y a fait son primaire, secondaire, cégep ici! À l'Université, il a tenté sa chance à Uconn pour étudier en médecine puisqu'il avait été refusé ici. Une fois ses études terminés il a voulu revenir au Québec: on l'a bullshité tout plein de connerie. Qu'est-ce qui a fait ? Il est parti faire du cash aux États-Unis. Voici ce que fait une province qui manque de médecin!

Good for Him! Im happy he made that choice, unfortunately in so many cases its easier and more profitable to bounce than to deal with the shit and hoops QC makes you jump through, especially considering they are short on medical personnel.

Quebec is a province not a country . So they should be obligated to have English as first language and french second .

I been to France many times and notice they don't give a flying fuck about English language . They are the founder of the french language and their stop signs says STOP not arret . They don't even care about some English words here and there but Quebec who's not a country , who's part of a English country defends the language more than the founder ? how that makes any sens .

Fuck quebecers who cry at immigrants who can't speak french , fckin learn english u fckin ignorant prick and u'll understand what the towel head is telling you .

My first language is french , learned English when i came here and now i use french only when talking to quebecers with shit English accent or when talking to my parents cause they no speaky engles .

ENGlISH quebec , fckin learn it its way easier than french, sounds better in porn and its used worldwide even in france .
