Before i did it i was looking around and couldnt find very much info.
But i did it and there are a couple things that should be said, for one mazda suspension is a little bit longer with less spring
so the rear suspension is at its max upwards while the front is at its lowest. my coilovers are off a c30.

One preoblem i did encounter was when i lowered the front i was off by an inch because the the lock rings on the coilovers were hitting the bracket that holds the brake line. i cut the bracket for that extra space because i didnt want to take the helper springs out.

The ride quality is amazing though and i love it and worth every headache that went into putting them on

so if you ever do this be warned, its more work than you think but its worth it

ya they're the same, the volvo is heavier than the mazda I assume the spring rates will be a bit stiffer -- if you like that ride, then even better.

so ive been running it for a while and honestly the more you turn the more the car hooks, I love it, need some better tires though
