Where can I get german car parts in west-island??

Im doing routine maintenance on a Porsche today, anyone know where I can get parts? I'm not going all the way to Autolectra they dont have the drain plug crush washers for the oil change, and I dont want to go to 14 different places just to get parts.

Anyone know a parts store in/close to the west-island?
