honnêtement vas vers une diete macro ou tu pèses tout avec un bon calcul de ton base metabolism, tu trouve ta zone ou tu perds 1-2 lbs par semaine et tu restes là jusqu'à ta cible.
Dans mon cas il me reste 30 lbs pour tomber à 6-8% de bodyfat mais je vise plus 10-12% d'ici fin juillet et ensuite je vais voir où je m'en vas
c'est facile as dire de calculer et trouver ta zone et perd 1-2 lbs par semaine . That shit works when ur over 20% bf cause anything works when ur over 20% . Soon as you reach your set point and try to go lower than that you'll see that its not as simple as just count the macro's and you'll reach ur goal.
You'll run into lots of plateau where even tho your eating the amount your suppose to lose 1-2 lbs you will be stuck at the same weight . That's when real dieting starts , anything before 20% is reachable very easily cause you were not suppose to be that high to begin with .
