Saaq black book value? How/where to check

Hey everyone
I'm trying to figure out where i can find the value at the saaq of a car my gf wants to buy. 2011 jetta auto 2.5 85.000km comfortline. Dealer says its goi g to cost 11.000 at saaq, online canadian black book site says 7700$... we're paying 8300$ for it. What do we declare?

You declare what you paid...

if it's too low SAAQ twill adjust the amount for their purpose....

Dealer? If you pay 8300 at a dealer you'll pay 15% on 8300$. If it's a private sale you'll pay 10% on the highest value between what you'll declare and the book value. So declare 1$ it wont change anything

Bringing back this thread, my last few cars were imported (USA and Ontario) so I needed a signed bill of sale for the taxes.

You guy mention just declaring.. so you just tell the lady you paid $1? No need for any signed paper?
