Jim Stoppani's Shortcut to Shred Training Program

Thoughts on this? I'm not looking to do this routine but I did his other one (Shortcut to Size) and I liked the Micro Cycles concept. But now I think he's stretching that concept a bit with in this one (20+reps sometimes wtf).

I still use the micro cycle concept at the gym, but I vary from 6 to 12 reps (12-10-8-6) and like it so far. Any of you guys going banana with the number of reps? Like 15+?
