What a joke it's the 3rd time he's escaped from custody.

A prison van was found abandoned only a mile away from the prison. Mexican officials believe the two guards, who began working at the prison just months ago, were actually members of the Sinaloa Cartel working for Guzmán.

Amateur hour, like common the guy's escaped your custody twice already and you're going to just put him into a regular (albeit "maximum" security) prison?

They all know if he goes into ADX Florence he's never going to be heard from again.
