À date, j'ai pas été convaincu. La cour des petites créances, c'est pas un concours de popularité comme sur MR.

it's not like they messed up all the jobs... a bad job gives alot of negative feedback, but I'm sure they still have a lot of happy customers regardless...

This. I too, beleive that this is a ONE UP. I can't think otherwise, else, they'd be out of business.

The main point is not even the job itself, but about situation management and customer experience; this was fucked up big time.

Their ONLY message on this board should have been something along those lines:

"We're sorry to hear the dissatisfaction of our customer and we HAVE CONTACTED HIM to resolve this. We will not update about this situation until it gets resolved."

Mais non, ils ont ticouné.
 
Et ça devrait même aller plus loin. S'il sont sérieux, le prochain update devrait être le suivant;

"Merci. Nous sommes venus à une entente avec notre client et nous souhaitons remercier tout le monde qui ont contribuer à leur manière à nous faire rendre compte que notre approche devait être améliorée et c'est ce qui serait fait. Nous considérons cette situation comme un opportunité de nous améliorer et considérons que les pertes engendrées de notre coté constituent un faible investissement comparé à notre apprentissage. Encore une fois, Merci."
 
Moi Jpense que que OP y cache d affaire, pi y devrais pas être rembousé !
