Alpha-GPC nootropic supplement test

So some peoples were curious (just as myself) about the effects of a nootropic supplement called Alpha-GPC.

a note before reading : This is not and offical review or test. I'm doing this for personal experience and sharing it on this forum. So there is nothing scientific about it and I do not pretend there is. Also, I don't take ANY responsability and I do not recommend anybody trying it, simply for the sake that I don't want to be associated with negatives side effects that some people can get if they try this supplement after reading my post. this might be to much "official for some people, but I prefer to do it this way in case anything happens

Alpha-GPC is a choline compound (so not Choline at 100%) that is used for enhancing or helping cognitives propreties, such as concentration and memory. Also, there is some thinking that it could be enhancing physical aptitudes. Although, even if there is good evidences of positives cognitives effects on alzheimer's affected subject, there is no strong evidences about cognitive and memory performance on healthy subjects and even less envidences on the physical enhancing propreties.

Doses :So I started 3 days ago with 300mg every morning over 2 month. I do intend to take up to 600mg if either I don't feel any effect in a week or if I feel like it (big day or not)

Principal effect :I can't say if it's a placebo effect, but I do feel I have more attention during classes and during my studies.

side effects :as for now, nothing. No headache, no diarrhea (lol), no anxiety. The only side effects I can notice, is an increase in appetite, but I could not say that there is correlation.

Conclusion : Pretty positive for now, but to early to say

More update will follow

So for the Update :

As for now everything seems fine. I took 600mg instead of 300mg yesterday because I had to study the whole day, but I took it in seperate time in the day (morning, afternoon).

My concentration does seem to improve for now, but I still can't confirm anything.

No side effect noticed. I sleep wheel, no headache, no liquid shit no stomach burn.

I wouldn't say that taking 600mg daily would give me better result overall, so I will keep the 300mg for now.

New update :

Still nothing wrong. I'm waiting for the results of 2 exams that I did in the last week. I was suprised to remember that much stuff from my studies, but I want to wait until I get me results.

Nothing more to say, Some days (like monday, full study day from 11am to 9pm I took 600mg) and everything was good.

The only thing I can say until now, is I was expecting the effects to be much stronger, but remember that it's only a supplement. Not cocaine
