What about compression gears? (Pants/Socks)
Screw the t-shirt and short to look cool, but I heard that compression gears help. It is not a performance enhancer obviously, but it helps blood flow, soreness and recovery.
Thoughts?

I used to work for a compression socks company who now sponsors one of my hockey teams. I've personally been using them for nearly 8 years now, but my team mates who started using them this year have all noticed a few benefits. They don't have cold toes by the end of the game because of better blood circulation during the game, and they also feel a lot less sore after the game and the following day because of the same reason. Oxygen is supplied more efficiently and therefor muscles don't need to work as hard or as starved.
Obviously it's not "cool" looking if you're wearing them at the gym, because they go up to your knees, but I personally don't care. I wear them because they work and I don't go to the gym to look cool. I do it to improve my condition for hockey and soccer.
I use the black ones.
http://www.sigvaris.com/sites/defau...ce it will also "compress" my quads. Thanks
nothing should be next. Continue training, work your technique and your legs won't get sore.
You don't see fuckin Chris Duffin or Dan Green with some gay ass compression pants on. Compression stuff is for mediocre people like triathletes or crossfitters
Lift more, eat more, sleep more and you won't get sore.

stretching and foam rolling will also go a long way to help you recover. Even if you're a younging that thinks he doesn't need it, don't build bad habits.
i admire somebody doing a half-ironman or a full ironman.
That thing said, for being in the field of endurance sports (especially cycling and a bit of triathlon), they are poor at biking, running or swimming individually. So for my they are mediocre for doing 3 sports at the same time and sucking at each of them.
