Left phone in Uber

Left my phone in an Uber.
Contacted driver, he said he would check and call back (yesterday evening).
Hasn't called back.
Used Uber's secondary function for lost items when driver does not respond.
Sent the message, received black response back.

Resent another message, no answer.

I have his name, but not last name.
I have his phone number.
He has a pic on Uber.


Phone is dead. Nothing on Find My iPhone. I turned off my google maps tracking history.




What to do?
 
buy a fake iphone on Aliexpress and sell it as a real iphone on kijiji for $1000 and say your name is Mohamed

Thanks for the help everyone. Got my phone back. Couldn't have done it without you. Thanks for the emotional support, it's really appreciated.
 
he probably tried to sell it somewhere and when he got told its not worth more than 20-25$ because find my iphone is on... he decided to bring it back to you

En repartant de notre party un de mes ami a ouvert la porte en roulant et a gerbé a terre... Le gars a ralentie rapidement. Je me sentais mal en criss. Apr`s mon ami a regerbé dans sont chapeau.
J'ai dit au gars close la course on va débarqué ici. J'ai voulu i donnais du cash pour nous excusé y'a jamais voulu prendre une cent...

C'est dans leur ''contrat'' de pas prendre de cash ?

Selon le site Uber ils ont le droit d'accepter des tips.
