Both sides have their zealots but this is how you white wash a topic. The reality these days is more that Trump would take an Aqua crayon, say it's more greenish than blue and then you'd have Snopes and company write 100 articles on how he completely wrong and that it's derived from blue, #factchecked.
Forget people on the left and the right, it's the establishment that's the biggest problem when it comes to being hyper partisan.
Then you got people like Brust going all Reeeeeeee when people point out this reality because "we're defending Trump". I'm sorry, it's not really him who needs defending. I'm just trying to maintain reality before we get to the point where "War is Peace" as confirmed by the Ministry of Truth.

That was because of COVID. The convention was supposed to be in NC and then Florida or vice-versa but the Governors didn't want the circus of a convention at that time.
