Donald John Trump is no longer president: what does it mean for you?

It's sort of a time honored PR stunt for presidents. Bush Sr. had thanksgiving with the troops in Saudia Arabia during the 1st golf war. Clinton had it in Kosovo. Bush Jr. had it in Irak. It really shouldn't surprise anyone.

Oh, and PR stunt or not, she wrote up a hit job, got caught and got fired. It seems that we're turning a corner (in the right direction) since that shit would have gotten her a promotion a year ago. The US Pravda is becoming obvious to all but the most mentally enslaved.

You're right. Only elected officials can get away with being flat out wrong and live to fight another day with the unwavering support of their fans.

The president's official schedule had him as being in Mar a Lago. We all know what he likes to do with his time. It was a bit of a two and two = ? situation.
It didn't factor in the disinformation that was needed to have Trump feast with the troops in a warzone. He said he'd bring them home, but he brought them turkey instead. Good enough?

Speculative and lazy, yes. A symptom of the media's constant need for non-stories to generate traffic / clicks. The editors knew it was based on wishful thinking and speculation and still greenlit the article. Employee gets caught holding the bag.

I wish you guys were as gung ho to get anyone caught playing fast and loose with reality fired.

My key takeway from the week end is that peace talks with the talibans are back on. That's good enough. It's time for a war that's going nowhere to end. The Talibans have proven that their ideology will outlive the west's resolve and interest in the region. They can go back to playing caveman for all I care.

You mean like the fact that he said he had burgers stacked to the sky (obviously hyperbole) and all the media outlets idiotically calculated the number of burgers he actually had. They definitely labeled that as a false or misleading statement and added it to the total.

Or how about the fact that Obama was spying on him. The media claims that's false when the reality they failed to expand on is that the Obama administration spied on people in and around the Trump campaign and would have indirectly had access to polical information on their opponent thanks to the two hop rule.

What he says pretty much has a nugget of truth in there but he's not eloquent with his words and they always focus on the technicalities to label it false. That or the truth comes out months later and they fail to correct themselves for calling him wrong.

Off the top of my head he I can only think of one major lie that he's told and that is that the economy is doing well. You don't go from candidate Trump calling out all the BS numbers in unemployment and the economy to magically thinking the economy is great. He's playing a game. They're running the Federal Reserve hot, pumping up the economy to make it look even better using the false metrics Obama and Bush used and when shit hits the fan he'll probably blame it on the Fed. I hope to god it'll start the people on the path to hanging the banksters.

See in 2008 the real parasites were happy because the occupy wall street idiots directed their rage at the 1% (people) not the institutional fuckery that keeps us poor. This time I have a little more hope that the Fed will get the blame. I don't think Jackson is hanging up behind his desk by accident.

when a president makes a visit to a war zone, the secret service makes sure nobody knows about it.
noooooboooooddyyyyy. this is not about Trump, this is about the POTUS. This is how it works for all of them. If they post it everywhere that he will go to Afghanistan, I'm pretty sure every base will get attacked that day, it's only logical.

now the flake can imagine that she knows what the president does at any point in time. that's not a problem. I can do that too. but when your job is to report on the president, you have to report on facts, not on the 2 + 2 you put together. who knows, maybe you forgot to carry the one and it was 2+3.
 
From what I've read somewhere, Trump trolled the media on purpose. I read he sent a huge motorcade to the golf club while he was hopping on his plane to afghanistan.

That’s not Trump’s doing. For all I care his staff/secret service might have told him “buckle up buckaroo, we’re going to Disney world.”

Next thing he knows he’s in Afghanistan...

His level of involvement with these preparations/ decoys would be slim to none.

The secret service does amazing work. This was not a knock against them as the disinformation is a “necessary evil” and justifiable

Cliffs on this for unawares:

IG Atkinson was the legal counsel for John Carlin when the bogus FISA warrants were being obtained on Trump's campaign, and he also oversaw the FBI agent who reportedly altered an email to submit as evidence. The guy is neck deep in spygate, and this was likely leveraged to get him to comply with the crazy WB complaint.

The WB complaint had nothing to do with the intelligence community, but Atkinson fielded it anyway. The WB complaint had no first hand info, but Atkinson allowed the form to be changed retrospectively to allow it to pass through. The WB didn't accurately document that he already spoke to house members, but Atkinson let it through anyway. Atkinson said there was possible political bias (you think? Ciaramella was directly involved with Biden's actions in Ukraine, directly involved with Chalupa's actions in the 2016 election, etc.) but still let it go through. Atkinson never once compared the complaint to the transcript of the call, but still found a way to deem the complaint "credible."

Thus, it was passed off to Schiff's committee, and the rest is history.

The WB complaint is the steele dossier. It is completely fake, but it needed to be injected into the narrative to get the ball rolling, and that's what it did.


Here's a good thread listing at least 6 inaccuracies which completely debunk the entirety of the WB complaint. The WB got the fact that trump spoke to the Ukraine president correct. That's about it.

Call it the Deep State, the swamp, career politicians, whatever you want, when you start to map out the dealings of most of these swamp creatures it becomes clear that they are thick as thieves helping each other out to further screw over the American people to further their agenda.

Lol. You mean every time they get investigated the witnesses die or the evidence disappears. With the emails, the CD the FBI had "accidentally" snapped and they also lost the notes.

But Fake News Media doesn't cover these anomalies so there's no outrage at how Clinton's skate while Trump and co. get multiple colonoscopies, to the point shift is ready to illegally pull the records of private American citizens.
