You brought up targeted hate crimes that should be prosecuted under laws already in place, I was referring to the mass looting and destruction of Ferguson and Charlotte NC where BLM indiscriminately destroyed anybody's property.

Every time there's a white hate crime they broadcast and analyze it for days on FNN which I'm sure they will do with this latest one. Are there some idiots and crazies, yes, there always is for every group and I would never defend them or their actions.

However on the flip side things are under reported. The knock out game was the nice way of saying Black people sucker punching and sometimes killing white people because they feel they're entitled due to having a black president. Trump is being called on to denounce white supremacists but where was Obama at the peak of the knockout "game". Should we conclude that they were all his sons.

The Unite the Right Rally is basically Nazis and bigots protesting the removal of the statue of a traitor that fought against the United States. We're not talking about isolated idiots and crazies but a very large group of idiots ans crazies.

The main difference between Trump and Obama is that one of them never advocated (or suggested) physical violence towards people.

you forgot high school detention program where the schools have to hand out the same number of detentions to whites as to blacks,no matter what they do. basically as a white kid you might get detention for swearing because they have to fill up the quota. as a black kid you won't get detention for punching a teacher because they won't have enough white kids to punish, so they have to let you go.

the funny part is that the neonazis have forgotten what the origin of their ideology is. nazi is short for national socialism. the title says it all. it's socialist. it's a left wing party. they want government oversight in everything. it's never been a right wing party. it's ridiculous for a right winger to support nazism. it actually came into power because of poor economic conditions in Germany after world war I and it promised everyone a better life. as opposed to communism, it did provide everyone (in Germany) with a better life, that's why they all bought into it.

Antifa does the same thing and yet they're angels. you have to be joking right? reporters are treating one side as if they're worse than the other. well news flash, they're not. antifa is actually listed as a terrorist organisation in one state, and it should be on the same terms as the kkk. it's the same thing just the other way. burning cars and looting stores is not right no matter who does it, and antifa is actually more active on that front than anyone else. yet nobody is outraged by what they do.

It's because everyone is more pre-occupied with being in opposition to someone or something rather than develop their own positions. Debating policy positions and having intellectual discourses is way too difficult, much better off spreading propaganda on the internet or throwing insults like fascist, nazi, communist and race traitor around.

White nationalist in the US are just taking a page out of the FN, rally with the right in order to legitimize your fringe socially unacceptable position and eventually when people start opposing you then you "band" together and your perverse idiotic ideology spreads through osmosis.

It's one of the major problems of the american two party system, people feel the need to split either left or right. Since when are antifa and socialist natural allies? Or Nazi's and Libertarians have anything in common? Yet they all get lumped together as either the alt-right or the far-left because people are too stupid or lazy to learn or care about the nuances.

The same also applies to the confederate flag. It's hilarious that they consider themselves patriots while displaying a symbol of treason against the USA. Also, they lost, which makes them losers on top of everything else.

Actually, the Nazi party didn't consider themselves left or right. They took parts from both the left and the right. But they are not left wing party.

the nazis were THE party. they didn't have to be left or right. but their name says socialist. that's very clear. and their ideology is consistent with the left as in they want government involvement, control and support pretty much everywhere. they could've called themselves transparty because they felt like they weren't left, but they were totally left.

Coming home today from the US watched the illegals lining up front of a tent city at the border. Was a nice large group of mixed races waiting to give their info I guess before entering the tent city.
 
Some activist just tore down a Confederate statue in Durham NC. I expect this is going to continue and become the new battle ground. I expect a few more statues like this will be torn down already building on this left vs white supremacist confrontations add on the fact that black NFL players are starting to take a stand for Kaepernick and their beliefs, and you see the potential for this to get significantly worst.

Students will be returning to campuses in a few weeks, and a lot of them will be confronted with historical figures they'll deem unacceptable (Yale is in a particularly bad spot).

Trump is going to bafoon is way into making things worst some how.
 

I understand the point he's trying to make (it takes 2 to dance) but Jesus Christ whoever is in charge of comms at the WH, must hate his life right now.

The narrative now is going to be, people standing up to Nazi and White-Supremacist are equally to blame in this whole story. I'm going to put a fiver on more CEO's leaving his manufacturing council.

I'm not betting on tax reform happening as smoothly as he imagines it will when he keeps inflaming the situation with his dumb comments.
