No, there isn't. Saying it doesn't make it so. That's the irony of it all. You can request a mail in ballot (aka absentee) in Florida by... fax. Whoa. Incredible security.
You still need to be registered to vote. They're not gonna have the USPS drop a ballot in every mailbox and see what happens.

From a constitutional perspective, a slippery slope with executive orders like that. However, at this point it's a no holds barred fight for the 2020 election and the move is an absolute smack down to the Dumbocrats. They get painted as putting politics before people suffering since they couldn't get it done in congress and Trump whether things actually get done or not, they probably won't, Trump comes off as tackling lower drug prices, extending the eviction ban, financial C19 relief ($400/mth + payroll elimination) and a student loan extension.
Anyone on the fence or even slightly left of center who is not thoroughly fucked in the head with TDS should be like:
