At least, Jacques Villeneuve was more than a decent F1 driver. It was in his genes. His father was not the best F1 driver ever but as Jody Scheckter mentioned: "he was the fastest driver in the history of motor racing".

Effectivement, il a beau dire qu'il a travaillé fort pour avoir sa place en F1, si son père serait mécano dans un dealer GM et sa mère préposé au bénéficiaire il serait encore en train de faire des courses de kart ....
Ca prend pas la tete a papineau pour comprendre que son père milliardaire et pres de la F1 lui a trouvé une place en F1.
Ceci dit le gars a pas assé d'expérience en course pour se ramasser maintenant en F1, peut etre plus tard...
Mais tant mieux pour le kid, avoir un père milliardaire je profiterais aussi des avantages.

He did a good race and drove with his head today, and it paid off. Not trying to pass at all cost and waiting one more lap to be in the good position. Drive of the day was VET, from last to 4th , 2 more laps and he was third on podium .... all that because of the kiddo who clipped his front wing, but guess karma hit him back later on ...DNF for VER

C tu juste moi qui trouve que Ocon avait pas a se plaindre a la fin? Si tes pas capable de depasser ton coequipier qui a la meme voiture que toi, pourquoi on devrait te faire cadeau d'une position? Que ce soit temporaire ou non, ta job cest de courser et de depasser des voitures...

Oui c'est juste toi, Ocon a ''pitter'' et avait des ultrasoft plus frais que perez ......l'instruction etais perez laisse passer OCON, si ocon pas capable de passer RIC il ''re-switch'' le place. Mais le petit mexicain cocky a pas suivi les instructions. Et a fais perdre des ''team constructors'' points par le fais meme. Tres simple a comprendre. Ocon a été tres tres fair et a jouer pour le team, car si c'étais pas perez c'est sur qui s'essaie pour passer dans le dernier stretch, au lieu dessayer et de faire un accrochage et 0 point pour force india

Too bad the Ferrari's had bad starts & scrappy laps at the beginning of the race, I feel like we were deprived of a titanic battle upfront.
Good win for Lewis, but Vettel bouncing back from 18th to 4th with a sensational pass into corner 1. He took a big risk given he's leading the championship, that is what you want to see. Two more laps and he was on the podium.
Great result for Stroll, you can tell he still has much to learn. He looked hesitant on a few passes...
The big winner of the weekend, the Montreal GP and fans. The best of the F1 circuit, always show up in big numbers. However, they do need new garages in Montreal.
