Bentley Continental Convertible | 2-step nano coating | Detailed

This time we have a Bentley Continental Convertible. The car has been respray ( well a few panels) at the dealership. Orange peel matching witht he remaining of the OEM paint was well done. However, a few holograms were left on the paint that needed to be polished. I thought it was a bit unfortunate to see someone paint and sand-match the OEM orange peel, but forgot about nicely finishing the paint for a hologram-free finish.

Process:

2-step polish
Nano coating
Aquapel

Damn these english brakes can dust haha !! Lots of brake dust to be removed ;



Cleaning crevices and other areas with the boar hair brush and degreaser ;



This is first step of the decontamination process ; its the physical decontamination aka the good ol' clay bar.




Initial condition of the paint ;









Here you can easily see the buffer trail ;



and lots of wax residues all over the car





Nice looking engine bay, 6 liter twin turbo !





Here we can see the big variation which tells us it has been respray ;








After the polishing, we were left with a great finish ;












Tire coat left a nice finish on the tires ;











I forgot to mention , I also coat the convertible soft top ;



and then we took the car outside, very nice finish !
