New, get a RAV4.

Fx35 might be what you're looking for.

Since I'm driving one, I'd say no as it's much more sport than comfort.

Acura RDX

Good choice for used. Might be the best option.

Toyota Highlander

Kind of big, but yes.

Had a Volvo for 8 years. No for reliability, yes for the incredible seats.

Lexus rx pour du confort

If you can find one at the right price, get it.

I'm a huge fan of the RX350. I had one as a work car and it is great on gas mileage, power and reliability. The exterior styling is sexy but the only downside is that the interior is not at par with other suv's (cheap plastics and hard touch on some finishing). Check the picture I uploaded of the interior, you will see what I mean... the clock is the same one used in Honda Civics from 1995 lol.

Other than that it was a great truck.

You can find some really nice RX350 ones for your budget! Mine was a fsport but not much of a difference in terms of regular and fsport. Maybe some sport bits and mags here and there, not worth the extra. Goodluck!

I had a X5 as well and yes it drove really nice, powerful, nice fit and finish but gas mileage was very poor! The interior was really nice, but down the line it'll cost an arm and leg to maintain. I'd go for the Lexus if you plan to keep it for the long term in terms of maintenance and peace of mind. Example, my current BMW costs me close to 2K a year to maintain lol....but I like the brand so I'm willing to live with the consequences.
