Accident A30 (un autre qui roule sens inverse)

I hate driving during the day. All the fuckin geezers are on the road at the same time. Reflexes are all non existent, they drive slow because they can't mentally process more, they're indecisive about where and how they want to go somewhere, etc etc. Just yesterday we were abut to do a major pileup on the 132 with one oldie driving 60km/h on the highway in his corolla.... People were coming in at 120km/h and switching lanes, braking hard and this guy had not single clue about what was happening around him.

Tu as tellement raison serieusement, a chaque fois ou presque que je tombe sur un conducteur a chier c est un ptit vieux qui est pas capable de tourner en double, pas prendre 3 voies pour tourner a droite. Je trouve que c est pire qu avant.

honnêtement,
depuis l'arrivée des GEV, c'est de moins en moins le cas.... Où on en entend moins parler

Quand la ligne orange est à ta droite, normalement tu te poses des questions. Pour bien du monde, ça fait pas de différence.

Veux tu qu'on ressorte les flaggers pour preceder les autos dangereuses qui roulent a 8km/h?
 
Je viens de savoir que c'est le beau-père d'un gars à ma job. Il a perdu sont fils de 15 ans aussi...

Damn... vraiment con quand meme comme accident.
 
There is a problem with aging driver , not sure the Saaq knows what to do .
For the youngers , the solution is easy :
radar-radar-radar. Yet nothing is solved ,
aside the stats showing progress but with a biased explanation.

Photo radar and soon they will make Ajusto GPS type devices mandatory for drivers under 26.

I'm actually surprised they don't limit younger drivers to a certain HP/displacement.

As for the old people I tend to blame doctors for that. If you see your patient can't function why not take his/her license?

At any rate we're going to see - at least some of us - the birth and rise of autonomous cars which will solve all those problems.

y'ont beau être dangereux. En général, les personnes âgées sont plus dangereuses au volant que les jeunes. Autant pour les petits accidents que les gros.

Les personnes âgées ont plus d'accidents par km parcouru mais elles conduisent beaucoup plus lentement que les jeunes. Il y a une différence entre frapper un bac de recyclage à 40 km/h et un poteau à 150 km/h.
 
Je sais pas si c'est moi ou on entend souvent des problèmes de confusion d'accès sur les autoroutes et il me semble ça arrive toujours a des 65ans+ ....
Je serais pour des examens de conduite obligatoire rendu à un certain âge. Et pour la situation, c'est rare que des octogénaire sortent sur la route passé 23h00

Pour l'accident, mes sympathies aux 2 familles
