Duclos Chrysler in Saint Hubert scam

I don't really understand.

You bought a car without guaranty (what you knew at the moment) at a price you where ok with.

You decided to buy an extended guaranty for X years.

They realised the car had already an extended guaranty they didn't charger you for, so the new guaranty is shorter but when you add up the two guaranty the total is for the X year you wanted.

In the end you have: the car you wanted, for the price you wanted, and the total extended guaranty for the price you wanted.

Is this it?

j'ai du faire un appel d'assistance routiere pour une raison X. le ti caille qui est venu nous aider, un gars en ford fiesta 0 équippé, a scrappé 2 nuts et la barre pour les enlever. finalement ca rien donner pentoute qui sois venu. j'ai apellé Chrysler pour se plaindre de la situation et ca c'est réglé en moins d'une semaine; j'ai eu 2 nuts et une barre neuve sans forcer plus qui faut. j'ai du fournir avec mon consessionaire une preuve photo et c'est tout.

toujours eu un excellent service a mon concessionaire depuis 7 ans et a date avec Chrysler Canada, rien a dire non plus.

Osti, ca doit être le même qui m'a sorti en pleine tempête d'hiver : Si t'as pas tes outils j'peux pas t'aider, j'dois utiliser tes outils

Eille le cave, si j'tappel c'est parce que j'peux pas le faire moi même. Après 10 min a chercher dans sont coffre la clé il dit : t'es chanceux aujourd'hui, j'ai l'outil pour ton auto, ouin c'est ça.

lol content de voir que je suis pas seul. et effectivement, ils utilisent les outils du client. calisse...! j'était a Lévis.
 
did you read all the clauses of the contract before signing ??
the vast majority of people don't take the 10 minutes to read the clauses, inclusions/exclusion and regulations.

last veh i purchased at a dealer while the F&I was doing his paperwork i took the time to read all, made the adjustements regarding the proper warranty i wanted.
the F&I told me in the past 5-6 years he was working at that dealership he probably could count on both of his hands the number of time people took time to read their sales contract and/or the extended warranty contracts.

best 10 minutes ever, because i ended up claiming 16 000$ of repairs under warranty in the sole year i kept that piece of shit vehicule.

L'été passé je suis passé chez Duclos (Mercier) pour une caravan suite a une pub dans le journal de Mtl.

J'en avais fait un thread tellement c'était la pire expérience EVER.

-Parler 2x au telephone pour valider la promotion, deuxieme fois au gérant
-Sur place j'attend 30 min avant d'etre servit par un flos qui connait FUCK ALL a la vente automobile dans un bureau sans papier ni ordinateur
-Le deal dans le journal est pas comme dans le journal
-Ils ont meme pas l'esti de véhicule dans cours, le bozo de gérant m'avait spécifiquement dit d'aller a Mercier pour ce deal la, rendu la bas les vans de la ''promo'' sont a l'autre garage.
-Après 2heures d'estie de niaisage le propriétaire vient me voir avec le ''deal""

4 nombres était écrit sur la feuille sans explication

Le PDSF
Le prix pour mon char
Le prix pas mois
Et un autre que je me souviens plus.

0000000000 transparence.... J'y ai demandé de me laisser la feuille pour que je puisse ''penser a ca'' et il a meme pas voulu me laisse sa feuille pcq c'est ''une feuille de travail''


Et il ose me dire ''C'Est qu'en qu'on te livre ca''


Sérieusement j'en suis a mon 6 ieme char neuf, donc ben ben du magasinage et j'avais JAMAIS JAMAIS JAMAIS vu ca.

Et pas pcq j'étais pas acheteur, j'ai signé une Premium chez Elite la meme semaine....

This isn't a case of me misunderstanding anything. I was lied to. I was told that there was no warranty and that's the reason why I bought one.

As I said I got a call from the dealership to discuss what happened. I just left there and the person I spoke to was very understanding and apologetic. I'm happy to say that all of my issues are in the process of being resolved.

Ostie que j'hais ca quand y font ca.. ou bin le moron qui te sert de vendeur reviens te voir après été voir le grand commandeur en chef(le gérant des ventes) et fait juste te dire le motant au 2 semaines. Rien de plus, niet, fuck all...

Fuck these clowns.

Le dernier qui m'as fait ca l'été passé, chu repasser le voir avec mon Escape Titanium neuf que j'avais acheter ailleurs parce qu'il me donnait un service de marde. Y'avais un genre d'air de beu quand j'y ai dit en avant de client que j'avais acheter ailleurs a cause de son service de vente de marde. Ca a surement rien donné mais ca m'as fait du bien.

J'ai aussi pris le temps d'écrire un LONG paragraphe en détails a propos du service merdique de ce dealer tout en félicitant celui de ou j'avais acheter quand j'ai recu le sondage a remplir 1 semaine après.
 
Je viens de passer devant le dealer à saint-hubert et 2 chars de police sont entrés dans la cours sur les flashs, OP est-il retourné ? :D
 
Final update. Duclos came through to make everything right. I happy now so I can put this behind us. Thanks Duclos for your help.

They refunded you that extra warranty? How did it go from they called the cops on you to everything's good?
