How to properly care for Expel

I just bought a GTR and the entire car is covered with Expel. IS there any special things I should do or not do, like wax it.

take care of it like it was a car. proper soap, regular washes, wax/sealant a few times a year, quick detailer after every couple washes, don't leave bird droppings or bugs on it too long.

Don't pressure wash the edges, you can also apply a ceramic coating on the film, works nice !

Most Xpel film ( if not, all of them..if i'm not mistaken) are self-healing. So as long as you maintain it like the rest of the car, it should stay clean and in good condition.

Film can be polished, to some extend, just like paint. On self-healing film, like the Xpel one, I don't believe any extra protection is needed since the film has it own unique feature of self-healing.

Regular film can receive nano-coating or spray wax/sealant.
