Thank you in advance for taking time to put your thoughts in regards to this question, I believe its important for many people around.
So here's my situation:
DUI case, pleaded guilty, suspended for 3 month and then drove for 9 month with Alcolock.
Failed to pass Summary assessment as was stupid not to look at this forum before..... and was honest about obvious questions
Question: should i try to appeal to SAAQ or TAQ??? or it just a waste of time...
