Any good place? Preferably witihin the island in the west but willing to travel a bit for a good place

AutoMotion in NDG do good paint work. If you need rust repair/removal, I have to say it isn't their strong suit from what I've seen.

Auto Bugatti on the 520 are also great.
 
Euro Volvo (two shops, two addresses, one body other mecanics), ask for Tony, out of this world quality.
