Eat 3000 Calories of Donuts,Soda,chips,pasta while being in a calorie defecit.

And someone who eat 3000 Calories from Beef,Chicken,Fish,Eggs,Fruits and Vegetables while being in a calorie defecit.

For a long period time, They wont look the same.

ITS NOT ALL ABOUT CALORIES IN,CALORIES OUT.

Merci de ton intérêt, mais aucun trouble de ce côté. Avec une bonne paire de cuissard et bien placé, j'risque pas de m'en coincé une et le vélo ne cause pas de problème aux couilles de façon générale.
 
Haven't read all the responses but as someone doing a similar training routine. HIT training and changing it up helps a lot! Run like a beast for 60-90 seconds on the treadmill then walk fast for 2mins do that for 20-25mins every other day, It wont eat away at you leg muscles like running & jogging does.
