We've been talked for quite a while about this 300zx since the day he bought it. We finally made it and been able to make it happens. The car was repaint prior to the purchase of the car and overall the paintjob was a very average 6/10. A few flaws, some more obvious.. goes to show IMO, the seller knew he was selling the car and wanted a quick job. Anyhow, I worked with what I have and both the owner and I was pretty happy about it !
Process:
1-step polish
Full decon
Aquapel
Paint sealant
Initial condition of the paint ;
Here you can see the repaint, truth is, the owner told me the car has been repaint ( like the whole car.. ) but it turns out, just some panel were done, not the whole car.
I don't know why, but IMO, if you are going to polish/redo the whole car, might as well polish the tailight to have a complete even finish no ? Guess not for these guys lol....
And now after my 1-step and ( 2step on the tailight) ;
Much better isn't it ? Time for some outside pictures ;
