If I go to a car dealer that wants to buy my truck and I don't won't another vehicule from them, he won't give any taxes back, but if I take another car from them they will deduct amount of my vehicule to the car price before taxes therfor saving ''taxes''. Is this sentence right?

Had an argument yesterday with a friend that he was saying that if a dealer buy his car, he get the taxes on it because of ''dealer beeing a business''. Like if the dealer offer 2000$ of his car he would get a check of 2300$.
I said dealer won't pay two time the taxes, to you and to saaq, make no sense.

You are correct.

And a really hate stupid salesman who play with words on how much they give you for trade-in. That shit should not be legal since it's so misleading to tell someone they will get 11500 for their vehicle when in reality they get 10k, they save 1500$ of taxes. Some will argue "it's the same thing" well it's NOT.
