I am looking for someone who has a Quebec title for a 1934 Ford 3 window Coupe.
Long story short, someone I know is trying to build one, but the SAAQ told him that if he registers for a title, he'll need to comply to 2017 vehicle standards with airbags, side markers, full exhaust, back up lights, 3 point seat belt, etc, etc...
If anyone has a title, even if it comes with a frame or rotten body, I'll take it and have it melted down.
