As far as I know Antonio Park is the only fucker in Canada with the actual permit to buy and sell Kobe beef.

Have I missed anyone, or is it still the case?

I know he doesn't overprice. His price is honest as fuck.

Grew up with Antonio and the dude's always been a bit of a perfectionist so I'm not surprised at his success. As for his beef I'd trust his stuff and most of his stuff gets flown in from Japan

Il paye quelqu'un pour lui acheté du thon au marché (probablement) Tsukuji direct au japon. le poisson arrive congelé. Il les direct sur les bateaux au japon anyway. Il est surgelé direct.
 
had kobe beef in tokyo, was not disappointed.

shit was expensive though, $175 for basically an 5oz steak.
