Actually it does, not by making it colder, but by bringing the temperature of the different car components to the current temperature faster.... how much faster probably depends on the material current temperature and speed of winds
But i won't get colder because of the windchill.
if it's -25 outside, components won't be at -40.
hopefully i won't have any issues, my car is sitting outside since the 26th. i'm gonna leave my car at the dealership for a wheel bearing replacement...*crossing fingers*
