I'm considering getting a beater truck and despite the fact that based on my needs, I know I should buy a simple 22re powered 4x4 Toyota pickup or 4Runner but I've always wanted a Land Cruiser. The FJ80 is actually probably the easiest one to still find a bargain but yeah they definitely hold their value well. One of the toughest vehicles ever built for sure.
That green 40th anniversary edition from my post is near my place.. I'm tempted to ask what he'd sell it for.

I'd offer 6500 and try to get it for 7. Even with those miles this car still has alot more to go since old Toyotas last over a million, usually the body will go before that engine

Je suis toujours pressé (LOL les excuses), mais hier matin j'étais exactement de St-Jean à Henri-Bourassa à chiâler après la wifey qui me disait avoir oublié de l'équipement à une clinique, ce qui aurait impliqué que je ramasse l'osti d'équipement et que je retourne lui porter à Vaudreuil...
Jusqu'à ce qu'elle réalise qu'elle l'avait oublié à la maison. Prochaine fois klaxonne et colle-toi sur moi pour me réveiller

J'me demandais c'était qui le crinqué en char électrique qui essayait de me suivre. Me suis dit que j'allais rouler L6 dans panne pis faire mourir sa batterie avant d'arriver à destination
