Mais... Comment un homme derrière une compagnie qui fait aucun profit pendant 20ans peut devenir l'homme le plus riche du monde ?

Amazon is turning good profits now and has been the last few years . AWS is very profitable for them. They put alot of cash into other projects that might only return profits in years to come

I find it funny all the talk about him being the richest man in the world, yet people online never ever mention these types of people. Obviously, the media never brings up these names but people in our age group, surprisingly never really mention people similar to John Rockefeller.

Thats because the Rockefeller and Rothschild families have a way to complexe fortune for any journalist to evaluate it properly. Some will say the Rothschild is evaluated to about 300B$, some will say more, but no one can be precise enough to guarantee their numbers.

One thing sure though they are richer than bezos as a family, not individually. Individually the rothschilds don’t even make it in the top 100 richest, some of them are worth 5-10B$ but not much more. Most probably the same thing for Rockefeller.

The own Asda in the UK, Seiyu in Japan. Granted Seiyu isn't doing too great and might be off loaded. Wal Marts exploits in Germany didn't work out and are very similar to the Seiyu problem of not fully understanding the market.

The stores in China do rather well
 
Now worth more than $200 Billion dollars... I realize if I had 1/100,000th of his money ($2million) I could retire right now.... this is crazy.

C'Est l'enfer comment nos fournisseurs sont rendu guidoune. Au lieu de vendre a des intégrateurs comme nous avec un markup correct, ils vendent a Amazon a 1-2% de markup et Amazon revend ca a 5% de markup...

J'ai un fournisseur, actuellement j'ai 2-3 mois de délais pour mes commandes. J'ai commandé pour 80k$ vla un mois, j'ai du payé la moitié upfront...

Je vais avoir ma commande mi-octobre, le client est en criss et guess what... Amazon LIVRE ce produit la en 24hr pour pas ben ben plus chere que mon client a payé...

NOn seulement je vais pas tant de cash sur ma vente, je supporte ca 3-4 mois de temps et je passe pour un tata devant mon client.



Un autre fournisseur a Mtl, j'ai besoin de 2 caméras, il a rien pour moi en stock mais y'a une palette du dit item pret a partir pour Amazon....
