Just came here to say it's refreshing to see someone rolling in a fuel efficient subcompact hatchback, it reminds me of Europe. I'm curious about the front bumper replacement and cost. Are those bumpers one colour, let's say grey and are they then painted to match the body?

Since it is a busy period for body shops, they could only get me an appointment for Feb 7.

You guys are the winners.
Got the car evaluated at the body shop last week and today a guy from the insurance came.
Their system says total loss, 8k$ in repairs to be done, and that is if there is no surprises when they try to repair it.
