Holy shit when this house on my street was listed, I thought it was 50k over market price. Then it got sold for 38k OVER asking price in less than a week. The owner made a nice little flip there. Houses in West Island got so expensive over the last 2 years its crazy.

It's basically the same house with similar renos as mine. Wonder if I should sell and move to my parents basement lmao

Elle est chère. Pour le même prix tu vas trouver des bien plus beaux chalets sur le bord d'un lac dans d'autres régions.


Quand au marché immobilier, mon courtier s'attend tellement à une année de marde qu'il a décidé de ne pas renouveler sa license pour un an.
 

le pere de mon amie a vendu son chalet vla 5 ans 13 millions sur le lac. Il demandait 25 millions initialeent (!!!)

J'y suis allé une fois v'la longtemps et déjà c'était débile, mais c'était avant les rénovations.
