Sinon j'adore cette maison, je la trouve superbe et pas fade et aseptisée comme 80 % des maisons que vous postez ici.
Je magasine pas mal depuis un petit bout pour m'acheter une toile.

J'avais même contacté cet artiste savoir les prix par curiosité mais le style n'est pas ce que je cherche.

This place we had our eye on since spring but the people are Asian and live in BC it was also listed for 549k so at the top of the budget. Last month they dropped the price to 539k but had two offers on the house.

The owner called us saying those offers fell through on financing. We went to see it yesterday and liked it. The garage is of good size. The house does need to be painted and a few things. Our offer obviously to home inspection and mortage approval. 48hrs expiry on offer

We offered 527k based on what we saw. Seller countered 534k. Split at 532k and they accepted.

Now we will need to start shopping for a kitchen and flooring refinishing guy

Les plancher de bois ont l'air flambant neuf...tu veut les refaire?

ps.: j'ai des planchers teindu brun chocolat ....fais pas ca!!.....comme tout le monde dit: c'est beau chez les autres, mais tu veut pas ca chez toi. (Je l'ai chez moi et pu jamais!)

bah, c'est comme n'importe quoi, ca prend de l'entretien. Les miens sont en érable, teind noir , j'adore, ca look.

Quand je n'avais pas d'enfant c'etait clean, je ne suis pas paresseux sur la mop. Mais avec des kids, oui c'est rough ! Mais je ne changerait pas.

J'ai opté pour un deebot 920, il entretien les petits dégat et ce n'est pas dramatique.

si vous etes du monde qui lavé votre plancher 2-3x par semaine go!

c'était pas trop pire avant que j'aille mon chien...la c'est l'enfer.....j'en fait pas trop de cas...mais quand je le lave au 1-2semaine..ca parait en ta!!!!

Autre point: les teinture d'aujourd'hui sont pu comme avant.....c'est plus du vernis coloré que de la teinture a proprement parler....donc graphigne paraisse beaucoup plus rapidement....usure normale sous les patte de chaine de table a manger aussi.
