Pis ça c'est construction, si tu achètes neuf déjà construit tu as pas vraiment de maison en bas de 300k. Ça marche à peine pour les condos.

En principe, la personne qui achète sans garantie de qualité n’aura aucun recours contre le vendeur si elle découvre un vice qu’il ignorait. Si vous pouvez prouver qu’il le connaissait, mais qu’il ne vous l’a pas divulgué, des recours civils pourraient cependant être envisagés. Si vous faites affaire avec un titulaire de permis de l'OACIQ, celui-ci vous expliquera les conséquences sur vos droits futurs si un vice quelconque se manifestait à la suite de l’achat.

It was the same one listed. We went to see it today... We left without giving an offer. The cabinets covered 2 of the pot lights in the kitchen, they were gapped so bad, the basement floor was all wavy. Dude it was terrible lol. I can't believe they were asking 300k for that place. Plus the property assesment was at 170 000$Ahh the cheap Reno flip. Then you are stuck dealing with all the crap work...
