Third time's the charm.
We had a deal fall through last week on an off listing. The seller was being a chode with everything and we walked away. Fuck you. "You know I don't need to sell"
This place we had our eye on since spring but the people are Asian and live in BC it was also listed for 549k so at the top of the budget. Last month they dropped the price to 539k but had two offers on the house.
The owner called us saying those offers fell through on financing. We went to see it yesterday and liked it. The garage is of good size. The house does need to be painted and a few things. Our offer obviously to home inspection and mortage approval. 48hrs expiry on offer
We offered 527k based on what we saw. Seller countered 534k. Split at 532k and they accepted.
Now we will need to start shopping for a kitchen and flooring refinishing guy
