Hello everyone,
I am currently looking to possibly buy a proprety south/west of montreal as a first time home buyer.
I will probably be visiting the place in a couple of days..but figured id ask over here and inform myself before
So this house ive found luckly is connected to a municipal sewage system, but there is no normal water suppy, it has a well.
What i am curious to know is what are the main things that i should know when transitionning to a house with a well system? I am assuming there will be less pressure? Will i still be able to ex: water the grass, wash my car as much as i please? I am assuming the water dosent taste the same? What is softener? Were are these wells typically located?
I know ill find out all of this on my own when i see the house but figured id ask to get some general knowledge about it.
Thanks.
